Glutathione has been referred to as the “mother of all antioxidants.” When we are exposed to toxins, glutathione is used up faster than it can be produced. The most effective way to enhance glutathione levels is having regular glutathione injections. Oral glutathione supplements are not effective because the benefits are lost during the digestion process.
